The Beginning (15+ Years Ago)
C&C Chair Repair began with one technician and a handful of dialysis clinics in New Jersey. Before launching the company, our founder worked as a dialysis technician, caring for patients every day and seeing firsthand how much comfort, cleanliness, and reliability matter during treatment.
The Problem We Discovered
On those early service calls, the same issues kept showing up across facilities: parts priced far above fair market value, repair queues that dragged on for weeks, and work that didn't actually resolve the problem. Chairs came back into service wobbling or torn—undermining comfort, safety, and survey readiness.
Our Solution
We believed clinics—and patients—deserved better. C&C was built around a different model: transparent pricing, stocked parts (Champion, Winco, Lumex), standardized diagnostics, and repairs done right the first time. We document every visit with photos and a clear, itemized invoice; if a chair isn't 100%, it doesn't go back into service.
